Victoria has been working as a makeup artist specialising in bridal makeup in Surrey and its surrounding areas for seventeen years. She added hair styling to her skills seven years ago. An ex model with a background in the fashion and luxury goods industry , she re-trained in makeup at the London College of Fashion and has built up a very successful wedding makeup business.
Her work has been on the cover and featured in Surrey Bride magazine, she been on the panel of experts for Your Surrey Wedding Magazine offering beauty tips to brides and some of her inspiration shoots have been featured on the national wedding site Hitched. She has also been a South East finalist in the bridal makeup category at the Wedding Industry Awards. She covers Surrey and it's surrounding areas but is happy to travel nationally or internationally for destination weddings.
Her vast experience of working with brides for the past decade and former fashion industry experience means she can create, fashion forward, vintage, natural or glamorous bridal makeup. Makeup is personal to each bride and Victoria's mission is to get it perfect for every client.
She has a good network of fellow makeup artists that specialise in weddings to call upon for larger weddings or in the very unlikely event of an emergency! She is also represented by a top bridal hair and makeup agency in London.
Aside from weddings, Victoria has been the resident makeup artist for an independent fashion label in London since it's launch seven years ago. She also works regularly with sought after photographers holding headshot days for local businesses and enjoys commercial work: Victoria recently worked on the music video for Joanna Forest, West End star and regarded as one of the most talented up and coming soprano singers.
Her professional kit only contains high end and thoroughly tried an tested products such as: Mac, Charlotte Tilbury, Jane Iredale, Armani Beauty, Dior, Bobbi Brown, Urban Decay, Chanel, Smashbox, Estee Lauder, Kiko, Rosalique and Clinique to name but a few. She works with a local skin clinic and can cater for sensitive and problematic skin conditions using Jane Iredale mineral make up.
Victoria is fully insured and holds a full driving licence.
